Congregational News and Notes

Welcome to worship on this Lord’s Day!  May we be blessed as we worship together.  This morning we give consideration to the Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Today is Preparatory Sunday in expectation of celebrating the Lord’s Supper next Sunday.  This evening we continue a study of the prophecy of Joel.

Our Christian sympathy to Gene and Linda Boersma and family in the passing away of Jacoba Boersma on Thursday.  Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 5-8 at church and the funeral Tuesday at 10:30 AM.

Catechism take home tests are due back to Pastor Tim.

In the evening service there will be no projection during the summer months so be certain to take the written bulletin.  You are also encouraged to sit a bit more to the front and closer together to hear the discussion which takes place after the sermon.
